You need to find out if the venue offers in-house catering or if you will need to bring in your own caterer. After all, food is a huge part of the reception, so you need to find out if it is taken care of in the price of the venue. It is far more convenient if the venue is an all-inclusive one. Also, find out if there is a price difference between a plated meal and a buffet meal.
