Are You Available to Host the Ceremony and the Reception?

Make sure that there is adequate parking available and that the location is not too far from where your guests will potentially be staying, as guests generally do not like to travel too far.

What Options Are Available for Dining and Food?
You need to find out if the venue offers in-house catering or if you will need to bring in your own caterer. After all, food is a huge part of the reception, so you need to find out if it is taken care of in the price of the venue. It is far more convenient if the venue is an all-inclusive one. Also, find out if there is a price difference between a plated meal and a buffet meal.
